This website is operated by Lay Lay Labels Pty Ltd (ABN 89688072513, ACN 688072513). Throughout the site, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lay Lay Labels. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our related policies (Privacy, Shipping, Returns).
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products to you.
2. Eligibility & Use of Site
By using this site, you confirm you are:

- Using the site with parental/guardian consent.
You agree not to use our products or services for unlawful purposes or in breach of any applicable laws in Australia, UK, Ireland, New Zealand, Canada, or USA.
3. Products & Orders
- We make every effort to describe and display products accurately, but colours may vary depending on your device.
- Orders are accepted at our discretion. We may limit or cancel orders that appear to be from resellers or distributors.
- Prices are shown in your local currency where available. Shopify Payments processes your payment and applies any currency conversion fees.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, and Ireland.
- From Australia: Standard & Express shipping options available.
- International: Flat rate shipping; estimated delivery times and rates are displayed at checkout.
- Orders ship from our 3PL partner in China.
- Customs duties or import taxes may apply in your country and are payable by you.

5. Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day risk-free return policy (change of mind accepted).
- Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, with tags attached.
- Returns for change of mind incur a $10 return fee (USD); we cover the rest of the shipping cost.
- Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
- EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with EU law.

6. Payments
We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods offered via Shopify Payments.
Payment is taken in full at checkout. Currency conversion rates and fees are set by Shopify or your payment provider.
7. Intellectual Property

8. Disclaimer & Product Safety
Our blankets are not toys and should be used under adult supervision.
We are not liable for any injury or damage arising from misuse.

9. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our products or site, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
