1. What are sensory products and why do kids love them?

Children love them because they’re both fun and comforting - tiny hands can explore, fidget, and self-soothe all at once. A sensory blanket, for example, is exciting to touch but also becomes a calming, familiar companion.

2. How do I choose the right sensory product for my child?

Notice what your child is naturally drawn to - some love smooth fabrics, others prefer tags or crinkles. The best sensory product is one that balances comfort with gentle stimulation, giving your little one both a calming companion and something new to discover.

3. Are your products safe for all ages?

Yes - our blankets are made from baby-safe materials with securely stitched labels and non-toxic dyes, so they’re safe for little hands and mouths to explore.

For newborns, we always recommend following safe sleep practices: no blankets, toys, or loose items in the cot for the first 12 months. Many parents use our blankets during supervised playtime, tummy time, or stroller walks. As children grow, the blanket becomes a soothing comfort for naps, bedtime, and quiet moments.

4. What if my sensory blanket gets dirty? Can it be washed?

Yes - our blankets are made for real life. Spills, dribbles, and everyday mess are expected. Simply pop it in the washing machine on a gentle cycle with mild detergent, then air dry or tumble dry on low.

5. What’s your return policy if my child decides they don’t like their new snuggle buddy?

We totally get it! Sometimes, even the coziest blankets can be a no-go! If your little one isn’t feeling the love, you have 30 days to request a return. Just make sure it’s in the same condition as when it arrived (unworn, unused, and all that jazz). We’ll help you get it sorted faster than you can say “snuggle party!”

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes - we currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. Every order is carefully packed and sent with tracking, so you’ll always know where your blanket is.

8. Can I exchange my item for a different one?

Of course! If you want to swap your sensory blanket for another snuggly delight, the fastest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one. It’s like a cozy treasure hunt - who knows what you’ll find next!
