The fabric
Eight layers of muslin woven from 70% bamboo viscose and 30% cotton. Muslin is an open weave, so it stays light and airy.
The labels are polyester, in a woven or silk finish.
Woven or silk labels
The original Lay Lay labels are the classic woven ones, a little more textured with a gentle rougher finish many babies love to play with. Silk labels are smoother and glide between little fingers, for babies who prefer a softer feel.

Certifications and testing
OEKO-TEX® is an independent certification for textiles. Our labels are OEKO-TEX® certified, so they've been tested by an independent lab for substances that can be harmful to health.
REACH is the European Union's chemical safety regulation. The ink printed on our labels is tested for REACH compliance.
CPC stands for Children's Product Certificate. It's required in the US for products made for children 12 and under, and confirms a product has been tested by a lab accepted by the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and meets US safety rules for children's products.
AS/NZS ISO 8124 is the Australian and New Zealand safety standard for toys. Our blankets and labels passed testing to this standard at an independent accredited lab.
Washing and care
Machine washable. Wash cold on a gentle cycle with a mild, baby-safe detergent. No bleach, no tumble drying, no ironing the labels and no dry cleaning.
Tip: a delicates bag keeps the labels looking their best.

Loved so much I had to buy a 2nd!
My daughter has loved muslin cloths since she was a little baby, then she took a liking to the labels on the muslins. Then I saw an ad for these blankets and got her one for Christmas…. Forward 6 months she cries when it goes in the wash 🥲 she ALWAYS has it, we call them her “labels” and she will grab them when it’s time to go out, sleep, watch tv, have a snack, play peeka boo, they are always with her! So now we have 2 so I can rotate them to wash without drama 🤣

The blanket is so soft and the edges feel really well finished. The tags are the part my baby loves most - she fiddles with them constantly. Even the packaging was great quality, simple but felt special when it arrived.

I originally bought this as a baby shower gift and ended up ordering another for my own baby. The tags are honestly genius. Double stitched as well so they don't come off easily.

Delivery was done in a time manner, which is awesome. When I opened our order, I was amazed by the bags my items came in. It showed me you care for your product. The blanket is SO SOFT, and such a pretty yellow. The minis as well are soft and such a great quality! It’s a shame I didn’t find Lay Lay Labels sooner. We have been using our blanket for nap time and bedtime. Our minis on car rides for distraction. I will definitely be recommending you and gifting your items to friends.

I just want to share my experience getting my son this blanket. He has always loved muslin burp cloths, he’s very textural. And especially loves playing with the silk tags. My little one is OBSESSED! He’s always found tags on everything and anything. Once I saw the add for Lay Lay Labels, I instantly bought the blanket that came with the mini. He’s uses it everyday.
